50's

forgive me but I just talked to an old friend and her cousin is still trying to keep the man she married a part of this life scene we all indulge in - he is a parkinson's victim, his mind is fine his body is no longer cooperating. She is a totally functional and very bright person. I knew her in high school, she is what you want your daughter to be. I can't imagine what this is like, but every day she comes home to her husband, a former judge, and she keeps him going. They were all there for this holiday, and my friend, her cousin, was telling me he knows what's going on around him. Please tell me life is worth this - and if you love some one this much you can keep your own life a special place. Bless you dear.
