BuhBye, Rule of Law

Well, here it comes. The pardons of the Clinton White House are really much worse than treason, according to the cabal.

While the judge is waiting for a response to his inquiry of how a commuted sentence can be given when it requires that time be served, the cretins on Pennsy Avenue are doing that diversion thing.

Of course, simply violating the law and then violating the way the law works, and all of it to out a covert agent, that isn't doing any harm in the criminal gang at the helm. It's those pardons of white collar types during the Clinton years that we ought to be shocked about.

The White House on Thursday made fun of former President Clinton and his wife, Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton, for criticizing President Bush's decision to erase the prison sentence of former aide I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby.

"I don't know what Arkansan is for chutzpah, but this is a gigantic case of it," presidential spokesman Tony Snow said.

Rep. John Conyers, D-Mich., has scheduled hearings on Bush's commutation of Libby's 2 1/2-year sentence.

"Well, fine, knock himself out," Snow said of Conyers. "I mean, perfectly happy. And while he's at it, why doesn't he look at January 20th, 2001?(Ed; the date of the Clinton pardons)"
(snip)
"I think there are guidelines for what happens when somebody is convicted," Clinton told a radio interviewer Tuesday. "You've got to understand, this is consistent with their philosophy; they believe that they should be able to do what they want to do, and that the law is a minor obstacle."

However, I don't agree with Bill Clinton, either. The criminals in the White House don't see the law as even a minor obstacle. They view it as their own private property. Having turned the Department of Justice into a posse for their misdeeds, the criminals are in control of the policing. They think they'll get away with anything they choose.

When Congress gets around to imposing the law, who will be their enforcement branch? I suspect they're going to need to start up one of their own. Or the Congress may have to take back the executive branch by impeachment. It's a very hard row we're going to need to how to get back to the rule of Law.
