Grey longhaired cat living in the Andes, and Meagon

This cat was part of the family at the center of Cascadas de las Animas, a resort in the Andes where the Habitat for Humanity build wound up. Unlike many cats we encountered in Chile, this gato was cared for and loved being petted. He stayed with Meagon, pictured, through a long still spell before dinner, and never showed signs of anxiety. We never learned his name, but he was around often during our stay there.

The resort was on land that also contained a wildlife habitat, protected area where we were privileged to visit incredible waterfalls and a river of rapids, but I never saw the cougars.
