Some animal rescue operations do wonderful work. It's a shame that 'collectors', who seem to have lost mental balance, are what makes the news reports. Here's a pic from a wonderful organization in San Diego, CA, that cares for feral cats. The stack of cats is being neutered, and that is most desirable for everyone, including the cats.
