Friday Catblogging (w/Zoey)

Here's a kitty looking for a home, or some one to adopt her online.

With all she's been through, it's something of a wonder that Sardi has survived. Unfortunately, she was subject to a good deal of neglect earlier in her life. That resulted in a ruptured left eye that we had to remove when she came to us. Her ear on the left side is also a bit bent. Probably due to the neglect in her past, Sardi can be uncertain in temperament. She's usually a friendly, happy, purr-box, but on occasion will suddenly turn and nip, and she can nip hard. Because of this, she should go to a home without small children.

We estimate Sardi's age at about ten. She has a funny black-tipped nose, a black tail, and large patches of black on the rest of her coat, except for two small patches on her head and a mostly white face. She's a bit on the chunky side. Sardi may have food allergies, but she hasn't yet been in our suites for long enough for us to be certain of this.

We're hoping for a happy ending to Sardi's story, something that can best be achieved by her adoption into a truly loving home. Can you help?

Barry from Alaska got Zoey through a really tough patch, and she's back in health so he was proud to show her off earlier this week. I borrowed her. Hi, Zoey.

Survivor kitties!

I hope Sardi finds a home, people who abuse other living things, I don't understand them.

This is miss Lily Whiskers, also a survivor:

Wow, I wonder what could've happened to her ear. My cat has a funny ear that's a bit torn up because he's always getting into fights, but it's nothing like that. Most likely a Republican is responsible for that, empathy for others isn't exactly those piggies strong suit.
